Upcoming Boat DIVE
RRF and Over the Rainbow Scuba Adventures are sponsoring a boat dive with Bandito Charterson Saturday, June 21st. Cost is $75 for RRF members, $80 for non-members. You are responsible for all your own gear and two full tanks. Dive site locations will be determined that day (don't worry, they are always great sites). Warm Water dives
Interested in doing some warm water dives? Club member Anita Floyd is offering warm water diving excursions with her travel company, Over The Rainbow Scuba Adventures. Contact acfloyd50@msn.com for more information about this dive:

Events
Gay Pride 2008
Come join us at Portland's Waterfront park on June 14th and 15th. We will have a booth there and will be looking for volunteers to help. This includes booth setup and shutdown along with spending some time chatting with divers and prospective new divers about our club. Please let us know if you give us a couple of hours. It takes a lot of work to put this on, but many hands make the work light.

Summer Picnic
Every summer we get together for a picnic and discuss any outstanding business, but more importantly just have fun and talk about diving. We are looking for someone to host this summers picnic.
 
Requirements - Enough room for 20-30 people. We anticipate being outside, but just in case the weather is bad, it would be nice if there were room for us inside too. Having a BBQ is always nice in case people want to cook up something. We usually have the event on a Saturday in July around 5:00pm. Reply to this email if you can host a crowd of rowdy divers!
Once the location is setup, we'll get details out to everyone. Think about your favorite food to bring (or if you aren't a cook, maybe volunteer for plates or beverages)
